Refund policy

At OMTIU, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact

For change of mind returns:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue an exchange, refund or store credit (as applicable).
